The Imperial Rajasthan Tour covers three of India's most iconic royal cities — Jodhpur (the Blue City), Jaisalmer (the Golden City), and Udaipur (the City of Lakes). Each destination offers a completely distinct character: Jodhpur's towering Mehrangarh Fort, Jaisalmer's golden sandstone living fort, and Udaipur's serene lake palaces and City Palace museum.
All inter-city travel is by private luxury road transfer — either a dedicated Toyota Innova Crysta/Fortuner (Palace Chauffeur SUV tier) or an Audi Q7/Mercedes GLE (Royal Palace Suite tier). The scenic drives across the Thar Desert are a spectacular part of the experience, with golden sand dunes, ancient temples, and remote villages along the way.
Yes — the Thar Desert experience at Sujan The Serai luxury camp is a centrepiece of this tour. Yes, absolutely. Our camels are well-trained, calm, and handled by experienced mahouts. The safari is conducted in the late afternoon (5–7 pm) when temperatures are comfortable and the light is golden. For those preferring not to ride, a private jeep can follow the route alongside the camel caravan. The safari lasts approximately 45–60 minutes into the dunes.
October to February is the prime season — days are warm and pleasant (18–28°C), nights are cool, and the forts and palaces shine in clear winter light. The Pushkar Camel Fair (November) and Jaisalmer Desert Festival (February) fall in this window. March–April is also lovely with spring colour. Summers (May–June) are very hot in the Thar Desert, so we recommend avoiding them.
